Greenwood County (“Owner”) is requesting qualifications from Design Firms for architecture, engineering, construction inspection/administration, andsubcontracted special services. Proposed work must be performed and completed in such amanner as to be eligible for funding through Community Development Block Grants(CDBG).The services may include, but are not limited to the design, bidding, and construction phases of acomplete building renovation to the Greenwood County Health Department Building. Greenwood County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Design Firms for architecture, engineering, construction, inspection/administration, and subcontracted special services.
