The City of St. Petersburg is requesting information from vendors of Case/Document Management System (DMS) software. The DMS aims to allow documents and records within the City to be managed and stored in a manner that will meet records management best practices and industry standards; satisfy all governmental regulations and legislation; and provide a streamlined and secure way for employees to search for and access records.
Full description
The City of St. Petersburg provides a range of services to its citizens. The goal of the project is to provide tools and features to enable workflow efficiencies, improve knowledge and information sharing, improved document findability, decrease the duplication of records, and minimize costs for carrying out the governance of an effective document management software solution.
