Sewer Lining Project - Phase 3

Summary

The City of Victorville is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform sewer system rehabilitation work at various locations throughout the City. The scope includes CIPP lining of existing sewer mains, top-hat service lateral repairs, and spot repairs of damaged sewer segments. The project also includes replacement of a sewer service lateral at 7th and A street, along with associated sidewalk and pavement removal and restoration.

Full description

Due to potential budget constraints, the project has been divided into three work areas. Subject to funding availability and at the City’s sole discretion, the City may award Area 1 only; Areas 1 and 2; or Areas 1, 2, and 3. Refer to Section 7, Attachment F - Explanation of Bid Items for details.
