Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide as-needed consulting services in multiple categories to Cobb County and participating public agencies nationwide through Public Promise Procurement (PPP), a program of the National Association of Counties (NACo). Proposals shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, March 12, 2026, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
